Many areas in Liberia have children who do not have enough money for food much less toys.  It isn't uncommon to see children playing with garbage or soccer balls which are ragged and deflated.  Some children ball trash together to try to create a soccer ball.  When you walk through the streets you can find communities of children playing with what ever they have.  It is a huge blessing to be able to walk into these areas and hand the children a brand new soccer ball.  The joy it brings is priceless.
